I had a lovely getaway at the resort that was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing a nice escape from city life. I had a great weekend with friends, with a warm welcome at reception and friendly staff throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with nice amenities. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the selection of activities kept everyone entertained. However, I was disappointed that spa treatments had to be booked in advance, and the reception service could have been better, as they seemed busy chatting rather than helping guests.

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. The initial check-in process took way too long, and I felt completely ignored as I had to manage my own luggage since there was no lift.
